Individual Therapy
In this fast paced era we live in, our life is full of constant activity, often leaving little space for introspection. Without the space to digest our experiences, we can easily feel stuck, disconnected or overwhelmed with life situations and stressors. When this happens, we often need to take a deep breath to contact the present moment, returning back to our presence. Therapy is a place we can reconnect and reflect.
In addition to supporting women with infertility and maternal mental health concerns, I also offer therapy for women. My approach is holistic, client-centered and rooted in humanistic, psychodynamic and somatic therapies. In our work together, I will create a compassionate and nonjudgemental space where you can explore your thoughts, beliefs, feelings and experiences while also tapping into the wisdom of the body. In this process, new insights, perspectives, connections and resources can be created and cultivated.
